nobody has found good ones.
I've used wrestling shoes, those weren't bad, but made it a bit tougher on pivots and such. Otomix low tops, but they tear up, same way with pine tree and a couple other brands. Running shoes work, but they tear up your partner.

i dont use them and find it unneccesary to wear them, but its a matter of choice.
just buy one, but my advice train whitout them...

they don't help at all for something like that. They are constructed with such a light material that the impact will go straight through.
Better advice is to not kick people in the elbows. ![]()
