Are you in Missouri? I used to know a Moo Sul Kwan TKD instructor there named Jeff Forbey. He was by far the best TKD guy ive ever seen. He was in cape gerardo (sp?) Heard of him?

Sorry afraid not. He's a bit too far south for me. About 3 hours. I usually travel east, west and north, but not to far south. Is he still teaching down there?

I think so. If you ever get the chance to drop in and see him it would be worth it. His technique looks almost unreal. You can't believe his arms and legs can do what they do. Forms are so silky smooth they don't look real. Hard to describe. Very nice guy to. He also has excelent hapkido and some judo. He must be in his mid 50's by now.
