Default Think you're extreme?

While you've got to admire budoguy's motivation to do well, his ignorance is pretty astounding

Default Girls stretching...distraction?

Quote:
Last night i was training solo with my jo staff and it suddenly flew out of my hands, and rolled across the floor, luckily not injuring the girls stretching on the sidelines.

In a real fight, I would have lost the weapon and been killed. I take my training seriously. Last night, I was killed. I am filled with shame and will NOT let that happen again. On the street, I would be dead.

Even when no one is looking, train as if they were. It is these small mistakes which can cost a life. Every bad punch, every badly focussed kick, every sustained, poor ground fight, is, in the real world, a death.

Train hard.............and dont lose focus

Even if no one is watching.

Even football running backs fumble the ball every once in a while.....But they do have to pay for their mistake.

a hundred diamond pushup would surely make him never want to drop that weapon again for the rest of his life. He might just make that jo staff his best friend. This would at least keep him from checking out the girls stretching on the sidelines; and keep him focused on keeping his stick in his hands, where it belongs

Default

You know that is the exact same reason why in highschool the wrestling team objected to having cheerleaders in the gym with them. Flexible women are like kryptonite to me.
