do various types of jump roping--skip, 2 feet, 1 foot, run, etc.
do shuffling from side to side, and changing direction shuffling drills for 3 minute rounds for about 1/2 hour, set the timer on 30 sec intervals and when it goes of do a combo (jab/cross/teep) for that 3 min round thenc change... also dance! |

Skiprope and train as hard as you can and have kids teach them to teach there kids after 8 generations you should have a powerful person.
An interviewer onces asked Frank Polumbo how long it took to get his muscles he simply said a whole lot of training and 3 generations. Otherwise just improvise on your talents and natural instincts and seperate them from your habits then youll learn quicker then ever. |
