Default testing...is time of day relevant?

I happened to mention to another sensei (4th dan)that I will be testing during the day for my next belt and she felt that if one trains at night, that they should test at night since your body has become accustomed to that time of day. I feel that part of one's mastery is being able to execute what you know at any given time. Has anyone else found this an issue or concern?

As far as Im concerned it shouldnt matter, just do it whenever, it may have a minimal effect, but do you want to know what you know from 7-9 at night, or 24/7?.... you may be a bit better if your only at 7-9... but id way rahter be slightly worse and 24/7. Just my thoughts.
