Hey everyone, my name is alex. I am new to this forum, but not martial arts, i have been doing that for 7 years. Only until recently I have tried to use Ki Energy. And believe it or not, It has been successful. I am seeing tiny little sparks around the palms of my hands, and yesterday, i focoused for about 20 minutes and got a tiny purple speck in the palms of my hands. This is amazing, I had no idea humans could harness their Ki. For anyone who is interested in trying to use ki this is what you do:
First relax your mind, you must focous. Feel your ki (energy) inside you. Now think to yourself when you breath in that you are drawing energy up from your legs into your chest. And when you breath out, think to yourself that you are pushing that energy through your arms, and out into your hands and fingers. If you do this correctly you will start to feel your hands get a bit heavy, and feel a bit stranger than normal. This is a good sign. Once you can do this go into a very dark room and keep on doing this. If you stare very closely at your hand you will see tiny, tiny sparks of light running around it. Do not worry, this is your life energy (ki, or chi). After you do this for a couple more days or perhaps weeks, the ki you are concentrating into your hands will start to become more visual. |

Whoa , finally some one i can talk to on here...dude i get sparks too!
I am a little surprised that you have been only been training 7 years though...i had to train for years before that began to happen....i had many other unusual phenomenon occur long before the sparks...it has been awhile now so im trying to remember what was first but i think it was invisibility then the ability to fly and the sparks came last for me...but hey the martial arts are different for everyone...i save alot of money on lighters these days what about you? |

dude i just started trying ki 2 days ago. and out of my 7 years of martial arts, i have been really lazy about training, and have never been to a tournament. at first when i tried using ki i thought it was bullcrap. but i guess i can make it come outta my hands. are you saying that u can use ur ki to fly and make u invisible? And light up your house? what are you? some DBZ guy? lol, well if u can do that thats amazing. I am trying to sense ki now, thats hard. Right now the sparks i am getting in my hands are really dim.

Yeah the only side effect that i can see so far is a little blue tinting of my skin when i fly, it may be something to do with constricting the capillaries (too much chi not enough oxygen i guess) i have a picture i will try to upload after next class...you can see me levitating and the blue skin tone both...its the weirdest thing...
take care no one distracts you while doing this stuff in can be dangerous...Jung shi Lacy also taught me Burning palm...but the training is too dangerous you can burst into flames if distracted! some people recommend covering the whole body in watermelon juice to lower body temp during the more dangerous training procedures....Oh Btw i have been training MANY years and train daily my MASTER is a real taskmaster... Nah i cant light up the masters home yet but im trying...what is a Dbz guy? i dont get out much... master doesnt like me leaving the house. |

............... I pee fire... Explode big trees with my Ki and travel to various locations on the planet Via astral projection. I had to kill my master as the final technique to teach has no defence, it's too swift and deadly to be countered even by the most advanced Masters. One day my own best student will kill me with the final technique when I teach it to him he will inherit my secret dark art.... For many years I have been to the homes of the Ninja masters and I slaughter each one with my spectral tanto... That's why there is so few of the real ones left... Killing them while they sleep is so easy... ![]()
