Default Stressed out when on the pads.

Ok,heres the problem, I need some quick advice when Im doing pad work in a private class, I have a tendency to stress to bits over the simplist of mistakes. Then I end up getting annoyed with myself. Then its a downward spiral from there.

How the hell do I learn to relax when I am doing them? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

thanks.

Thumbs up *

I have a tendency to stress to bits over the simplist of mistakes. Then I end up getting annoyed with myself.

answer is: Well, Don't.

As for relaxing_ How do you relax at home? That's right - you must focus first on how you are going to set about relaxing...then you relax. So, and this is stated in Chi Gung(the one I learnt anyhoot), that first come's focus and then comes the relaxing. {then you realise Chi; then you direct Chi; then you rejuvenate Chi..it's a 5 step process!! }

Focus on what? I dunno maate. Whatever you want to achieve in your private lesson, I guess!

..fully intend to focus.
