Default Self hypnosis.

I am trying to improve my life and my training with self hypnosis. Has anyone out there used this? If so have you had any success with it?

I have reason to believe that even in a short space of time a persons perception can be changed and improve in a positive way.

You're the victim of your own success here Richard.

I know this wasn't an exercise in ego for you, and that you have no interest in the many thousands of replies this thread has had, nor will you be convinced to the contrary.

(Richard, unselfishly I might add, has agreed to post under hypnosis. Terms being that, no-matter what he posts, it will always appear to him as if no-one has replied)

Self-hypnosis involves changing your thoughts, while meditation involves changing your state of mind. They're different.

What about changing your thoughts AND state of mind? If you change your thoughts for the better plus have a much better state of mind wouldnt that be ideal?
