Default Is "The Glow" real? (The Last Dragon)

I don't mean real as in actual light surrounding you, but a state of mind or feeling. If so, do you think that it's attainable? I think it'd be awesome to reach the final level.

But I love them and make some concepts seem cooler. The Last Dragon is one of my favorite kung-fu movies.
