Actors get so much credit for repeating things. Bruce Lee studied philosophy in college. He put some things into his own words and suddenly he's a great philosopher
One guy in a group said he INVENTED mixed martial arts. I explained how Ug invented mixed martial arts because he wanted to defeat Thrall the alpha male so he could mate with Yum Rick |

I am studying zen right now and that is great for inner strength. But, if you are talking about chi or chakra or whatever, there is no inner force of power other than your mind. When you free your mind of distraction and focus only on the task at hand, the probability of your attack being faster, stronger, and more accurate greatly increases; as does your chances of victory over your opponent.
P.S. Looks like it's getting a little rough in here. |

DimWit, the tantrums are cute and all, but seriously. Let's keep the insult wars at least superficially civil and good natured. I mean, as much as I dislike you, I haven't put curses on you or anything, or hoped for your death at the hands of various religious groups. If you'd like to go after me, I made a whole thread for you to do it in. I even offered to stay completely out of it for you. And as a side note, I really have been trying to be constructive and helpful anytime you've actually asked a question about training. If you'll look, it's only in the threads when you've jumped in as an antagonist that I've given you a hard time.
So here's the deal. Let's make nice, or I'll start deleting your threads and ban you. If you want to lambaste me or call me a tyrannical bullying dictator, feel free. Just do it in the appropriate thread, please. We're trying to make these forums more constructive, helpful, and positive than they have been in recent months, and we can't do that if you insist on acting like a complete prick all the time. Happy New Year. |
