Default Adhd

Alright, I have one more problem: I have ADHD. I don't really hate all aspects of the disorder except that sometimes when I'm training (Be it weights, cardio, stretching or bag work) I just stop and then I start daydreaming for a while without noticing. If anyone else has ADHD and knows how to deal with this, I'd appreciate your help.

Dude. I'm really sick of those jokes. They aren't funny or original. It's not nice to make fun of something I can't help that's really troubling me.

Haha yeh i have it.

I actually think those jokes are funny.

I dont know. When im in the ring, or fighting. I'm the most focused i've ever been in my life...

in other areas though, i lack. I really do that whole "joke" routine.

**didn't realise this was a month old.
