I train to the song "Macho Man" and I dress like the Native American and run around kicking white men in the nuts while shouting "The white man has ruined his own lands, he will not ruin mine!". But they really didn't take my land because I am actually white too. (But i'm dressed as the Native American so they don't know that.) Its good practice because some scream back "Die redman!" and throw off thier cowboy hats and begin fighting back.

Sparring is oldschool. The best way train is by attacking an unsuspecting person, causing them to fight for real. You realize what it feels like to get hit in the face and learn that the Tae Kwon Do forms do nothing in a street fight.

Don't hate me because i'm right and you spend $50 a month learning how to step in stupid patterns and leap around like a single-parented 8 year old that lost his ridlin.

if u dig the heavier stuff, just download anything from these following bands, i personally PROMISE u that its quite a ....dark, enerygetic, strenghthening medies... with screaming!

Wow I havent seen this post in a long long time. I don't think my tastes have changed much since my last post on here but I have been throwing in protest the hero latley. Still raised fist has so much energy its great pump up music.

Rage has some moments but I don't really listen to them when I train, I listen to them way to much as it is.

Rise against works too, especially revolutions per minute and their live album.
