Rage are always fantastic. Even when not training. At the moment the only song that counts for me is Bodies, by Drowning Pool. Great song to run to. Partly because by the time it ends i cant run any further

Any Hard Rock/Heavy Metal.... ...AC/DC, Judas Priest, Ozzy....

How about "Hair of the Dog" by Nazareth? (Now you're messing w/ a S.O.B.)
or Ram Jam's "Black Betty" (Whoa Black Betty BAM BA LAM).

And, yes, I WAS born in the 70's!!

Anything with a strong beat, LOTS of hip-hop. DMX has lots of punch. Haha.

Lol. I walked in to the heavy bag room at my school the other day and saw this tiny asian guy with his shirt off pounding the crap out of the bag, listening to "Eye of the Tiger" blaring out of his ipod speakers. I dunno, I couldn't help but laugh.

The one you cant remember is Drowning Pool. The songs called Bodies. Look into I Am by the same group, i think its actually better than bodies. Barely.

Never heard that track by Eminem, any idea what album its off?
