That's a really cool question. I 'd have to say it depends on what kind of mood I'm in. Typically I listen to electronic stuff. I like sparring to Xorcist 'Scorched Blood'. Its 8 minutes long and helps keep the adrenaline flowing throughout the whole song. As far as straight training goes, I prefer something without much lyrical distraction, and soothing to help me stay focused and critical of myself. Typically I'll put in a CD by Delerium or Schiller. When I want to do some serious heavy bag work with lots of adrenaline available, I've been known to rock out to some Ministry, KMFDM, VNV Nation, Apoptygma Berzerk, and Front 242.

I like aggressive hard rock songs. I really like most of Linkin Park's songs. I also like Disturbed.

Any music that makes me feel an emotion (doesn't really matter which emotion, I like them all). I like Linkin park too.

Hooker with a Penis - Tool
Graveyard Disciples - Black Label Society

Pretty much anything with a hard, heavy beat.

I like to train to aggressive music that brings and "angry" motion, like sepultura, tool, disturbed, cky, korn, system of a down, megaherz, anthrax +++

It makes me go that little x-tra edge.

Most of the songs from Rocky-soundtracks, they keep me going.
Hard rock in general. Favourites:
Lordi (You don't probably know this band, I donīt think you can get it from anywhere else than Finland)
AC/DC
Metallica

I posted a comment on another similar subject about what is your fave song. If you are interested just go to the other one. Its late and I am feeling lazy(so I don't want to write it again)

some of Linkin Park's songs just make you want to beat the #$%^ out of somebody. They make the best music to train to. Oooh oooh lets not forget Cher. Her music just brings out the animalistic aggression inbedded deep within me.

At my dojo, we have a great CD with fast-paced electronic music. It starts with the Tomb Raider soundtrack and the Charlie's Angels soundtrack. They're both great.

(Terve, Seeker! Hauskaa tutustua!)
