Default Meditation

Anyone know of some good sites that teach you how to go about meditation, and all the basics?

Thanks!

I could tell you...I meditate regulary, its great to relax. I'll walk you through a type of meditation. First, you can cross your legs in the traditional manner. or sit in a chair. When this is done keep your back straight. Chin is slightly down. Your tongue is at the to pback part of your teeth. Have your left hand five fingers width beneath your navel. Place your right hand on it. keep palms up. Now after that, you keep your eyes halfway open. Closed eyes brings mental sinking keeping them open brings excitement. Concentrate on your nose. and your breathing. Focus in on that. Hope this helped.
