10 - 20 minutes each day should help you

This may sound a bit crazy but ten minuts of meditation gave me three seperate mental powers for a day.
1) Somehow I psychicly knew to turn to the disney channel (even though we don't have it). And guess what? It was on! We watched some crappy film but the next day we were unable to get the channel again. Freaky 2) I was on msn messenger and the conversation was like: Meditation geve me powers. Oh really? Think of a number between one and fifty. K 37 No 28? Yes! Now a number between 1 and 100. K 13? no 2? no 1 Yes wow u really r psychic! 3) I used the totaly wrong equation for my chemistry homework but almost got the right answer. It was more impressive than it sounds. I did random calculation and got something like 65 instead of 65.4 But on a more scientific note: learning how to relax yourself is a very useful ability that everyone should learn in this stressful modern world we have created for ourselves.

Would anyway call me crazy for using video games to help me meditate? It's not as farfetched as it sounds. Yes I do meditate while thinking of nothing and just breathing, but I also change it from time to time. To help me unnerve, I put on fast action games (like Soul Calibur II) and imagine bad people I have met in the past trying to attack me, yet I am still in the middle of space with calmness. I can also pick up the controller and play myself, but instead of moving around and/or getting excited I can just sit there as still as my weapon (Bo Staff). Sometimes I go outside and try to balance myself with my eyes close and meditate like that, though the wind pushes me from side to side and I have to really focus on that. I do some training with my Bo, and then after a while I get tired and go to sleep, lol. I wake up, eat something, then continue. This is just how I do things, you can adapt your meditation and training periods according to your needs and time schedules.
