![]() | Obviously it depends on what YOU want from the supplementary training, and also the quality of the judo and wrestling places close to you. For example, if you happen to live near Gene LeBell, Mike Swain, metro fight club or any quality place, do judo. If you happen to live near a fantastic wrestling coach, do wrestling. Think about what you want from the training. If bjj comps I would recommend judo. If MMA, maybe wrestling would be better unless the judo was real good stuff. See, if you think about it you can come up with the answers all by yourself! |
