![]() | Anyway, here's my question for those who have cross trained. I have done some taekwondo, karate and boxing ( most recently). I wouldnt claim proficiency in any of them as it has been quite some time. I've got the time and money for either judo or boxing. What would you guys go for? I am short and stocky at 5'4", 165lbs, and lift weights, so that weight has been going up. Any thoughts on which style would suit the build better? Or which would provide a better base until cross training can be done? |

![]() | Boxing makes sense to me. Was kind of curious about the height though as it makes me shorter than 99.9% of the guys out there. But I do have longer arms than normal. Perhaps with my build and a little more training though it would be a good idea to put the build to a good use through boxing. |
