Genki Sudo 5'9" 159lbs beat Butterbean Esch 5'11" 350 lbs, via knee bar in the 2nd. He used foot work and low kicks to sting Butterbean as he chased Sudo around the ring. In the 2nd round, BB got Sudo to the ground by smothering him? and Sudo rolled into the lock. Not easy considering the 200lb weight and strength difference. Seeing this reminds me of the good old days of the UFC with Royce, except Sudo can kick with power, wheras Gracie uses kicks as a check.
