Kinda looks like karate with a mix of capoeira.

wow..the cuz of bruce lee huh?..well he definetly has bruce's stamina and speed that's for sure....that's got to be a hard name to live up to...if it's true of course..i think it's kinda funni though...the cuz of the greatest artist....wearing a japanese suit..(or gi) u can pretty much tell bruce didn't like japanese arts...i mean he took stuff from them, but it's funny to see his cuz wearing a gi...newho..hmm..i would say taekwon do cuz of all the kick combinations..and maybe caopria or however u spell it..and maybe a lil karate mixed in. he is very good

my best guess is that his base is in either karate or taekwondo. I'm leaning towards karate though. He had a few more punches than what I normally see come out from a taekwondo form but then again I could be wrong. Nobody really teaches to kick like that. Its just a form competition so the participant takes it upon himself to learn how to do them. There are two types of forms I know of: traditional and extreme. That was obviously and extreme form.

this may well be an evolution of Gymnastic Chinese Wu Shu -

Basically - not applicable in combat - but fun to do if your so inclined.

cheers
chris

Whatever it is, it isn't martial arts.

That is not necessarily true. Granted most of the aerial kicks have very little practical purpose. But he has a base in some thing most likely TKD or karate kinda hard to tell. If you look at most of the competitions today it's all about flash and aerials, except traditional competions of course.

hey to be able to spin like that and land and do it consecutively(sp?) like he does, takes alot of stamina and really strong legs...i would watch out for his practical kicks...i know those things aren't practical, but they definetly help u get into shape..think about all the cardiovascular exercise u get with the training that people put into competitions
