Default Clinch Entries

What are some clinch entries? The only one I know is to change levels to fake a take down, then throw a quick jab to his head, then jump in for the clinch. I haven't been able to find some good entries since.

And what are some good takedowns from the overunder clinch, collar-and-elbow,?
