I am a student at UWEC, and I am writing an argument paper about the political movement against mma. I am obviously in favor of the legality of mma in the United States, but I am aware of the powerful people who believe that it is "human cockfighting". If anyone can give me quotes either for or against mma made by political figures such as John McCain, or prominant people in the mma world, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Don't base it on quotes, base it on statistics! Or are you already doing that?

I am...I just need some quotes/evidence, especially against the sport, so i can refute specific examples.
