Hello all! I am a new student to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu so any info would be of awesome help. I was wondering if anyone knew any good exercises or drills that someone can practice by themselves. I know nothing beats being in class but I find that when I'm by myself and don't have a partner to practice with I don't know any exercises or drills. Do any exist??? Or do you simply stick with with just working out? Any ideas would be awesome.
Obrigado!!! Thanks!!! Scottro |
