Kazuya is on a distinguished road

Hi ! I have been training martial arts for about 4 years now and have reached black belt standard . However , about a year ago my right thigh ball joint started making an annoying clicking noise (doesnt hurt) when I rotate my leg . It feels as though the bones are rubbing on each other ( a painless version of arthritis - Im only 18 though!)not like when your knees or fingers 'crack' . Where should I go to get advice ?Is it due to diet? , pressure on the joints etc?

Thanks Kaz

Wink Hummm...

Black belt after four years? What style? Takemydough?
I have the same problem with my right knee. When I come up from a squat it sounds like the ligaments are ripping and popping. It doesn’t hurt though so I assume everything is fine.

Shimora will become famous soon enough
Thumbs down

Fine for now.

Wait until the arthritis and rhuematism sets in.

Try reading up on Chinese herbal medicines which are beneficial to the joints.
