Mas oyama stydied TaiKiKen - the hsing i derivative style of Kenichi Sawarai (sp) - Famous for alot of karateka going there to have their ass kicked!
I am not sure that he studied too extensivley but a few of his students did. I believe that there are some elements of Hsing i in Kyokushinkai. They also practiced some basic tai chi there - but there main focus was Fighting and Hsing I. Bruce Lee studied the Wu style of tai chi chuan as i understand it - but only from a health point of view when he was learning Wing Chun from Ip Man. I dont think he learnt the combat aspects of the art - He was a taoist so tai chi is fairly closley related to this spiritual disapline. cheers Chris
