Some famous BJJ (Rickson Gracie, Walid Ismael...) practitioners insist on practicing Yoga.... I am curious if some of you too take this discipline.... How did this affect your skills? Are there some exercises of great interest for grapling?
Thanks.

I've done it a little. From my limited experience I feel like it can be good for improving the strength and stability of your core muscles. Some strength increasing postures hit your muscle groups in some unusual ways and can be good to supplement other strength training, and I can definitely see how the the flexibilty benefits you get over time can be good for grappling. It's worth taking a class or two to see if it's right for you.
