First of all, let me say this forum is a great source of information and advice to me (being rather isolated in terms of location and access to "quality" martial artists).
With that in mind, I would like to ask for member's advice on favoured training methods for mixed martial arts. What works for you? What are some great tried-and-true methods for increasing speed, strength and endurance? This question has probably been asked a million times before, so feel free to direct me to relevant threads if this is more appropriate. Thanks, Todd |
