Default sore elbows

and let me say first, dont need another lecture about punching and over extending my elbow.

it happens every once and a while from wrestling/grappling, probably from a mix of pulling with the arms and having them put into armbars ect...
(it feels like im getting tendonitis in my elbow--sorta like tennis elbow feels)

what i wanna know is how i could strengthen that joint or the best way to alleviate that irritating pain that comes and goes

I think Pavel talks about it a little in one of his books. I'll check later and see.

Question what about the same feeling in the knees....

I have this same feeling in my knees since I am new to silat and I have to hit the ground alot on my knees.

What can I do to recover quicker sice I don't want to purchase knee pads?

You could always develop a desire to buy knee pads...
