Default Cloudy vision

Rolled a little tonight and got a few good choke put on me. That was a few hours ago and now my vision is a little coudy. I have to blink every so often to try to 'clear' it up. This happen to anyone else?

I get it when I train hard sometimes, so the actual being choked may not be relevant. I find that it goes away, and I often wonder if it is a hydration issue.

It may have well been a 'de'hydration issue, as I started up on creatine this week and it was extremely hot and humid yesterday. My eyes were much better this morning. I check last night and my pupils were going crazy trying to focus themselves. Before I went to bed I took some vitamin A (eyes) and a B-50 (in case of nerve damage) as a precaution. It was definitely a little scary. Oh well, gone now. Thanks for the input.

I tried creatine. It certainly does de-hydrate you. And, for me, it did nothing to improve my performance.

I do believe you're looking at a hydration issue.

I tried creatine and had the same experience as Thai Bri. Didn't notice a performance or strength building difference and got dehydrated enough to start getting annoying cramps, no blurry vision. That was even with drinking quite a lot of water. Decided that either you just plain sweat too much for creatine while rolling or that it just wasn't worth the trouble.
FWIW...
