![]() | It may have well been a 'de'hydration issue, as I started up on creatine this week and it was extremely hot and humid yesterday. My eyes were much better this morning. I check last night and my pupils were going crazy trying to focus themselves. Before I went to bed I took some vitamin A (eyes) and a B-50 (in case of nerve damage) as a precaution. It was definitely a little scary. Oh well, gone now. Thanks for the input. --Meek

![]() | I tried creatine and had the same experience as Thai Bri. Didn't notice a performance or strength building difference and got dehydrated enough to start getting annoying cramps, no blurry vision. That was even with drinking quite a lot of water. Decided that either you just plain sweat too much for creatine while rolling or that it just wasn't worth the trouble. FWIW... |
