 | there aren't many people left from those days. I was here before the crash. I gave up trying to get back for quite awhile and then one day I noticed It was back up. also many of the posters that were here then do not get on as much. So it may take awhile.

| Shimora is BACK !!  Yeah, a lot of the old members have left. Sweep 'em posts occasionally in here and Yella-Tiger made an appearence recently, but that's it. I kind of miss the old days sometimes.

| Welcome back Shim. You had some funny stuff in those old days. I joined around '99 but I think the forum was around since '97 or so. You told me a bunch of ninja stuff. You said Sho Kosugi was a real ninja, and that Robert Bussey was not really a protege of Hatsumi even though he claimed to be. You said Kosugi was going to start something along the lines of tae bo called ninjaerobics, which was kind of funny. Can't remember what you had to say about Ahida Kim from ashidakim.com. What do you think of Murilo Ninja? |

| Defend.net was THE martial arts forum not that long ago.... The crash and the subsequent months of inactivity sent people looking for a new place to hang. Many found In The Guard and hung out there. But that forum too had it's problems and was down. Now many hang at the UG, NHBgear.com, Sherdog and some others. Shimora, rumors of your demise were unfounded and with you (hope this is the real you) re-surfacing only points to the people as gossipers..... |

| A response! Its good to see that some of you people still visit here. I was feeling nostalgic and typed in the url to see if it still worked. Mr Myagi, yes I remember all of those things. The Sho Kosugi thing was true, im not sure why it never got off the ground. SweepEm, people have been speaking of my demise for decades now. Its just wishful thinking on their part. ratobranco I see HB Punk at mma.tv sometimes but I havent seen Mousel or Calango around in ages, although wasnt Calango an ITG guy mostly?
