ive seriously been missing something, how long have people pretending that tae bo is a martial art...... seriously now Billy Banks would laugh at that shyt.

since it came out and they had all the women talking about how they felt strong and that now they new they could handle themselves.

J.Lo had some thoughts on how she was now able to defend herself because of her taebo training.

yeah i've met those type of women and i'm like what?!!


i swear for every fraud out there is a sucker willing to lap it up. this goes for "real" martial arts as well.

Tae Bo is about as useful as any "real" martial art in a real situation. some naive people on this board.
