![]() | I'm not going to judge the legitimacy of his injury, but I think he would be slightly intimidated by someone like Almeida, he could very well look bad against him. But he still talks his trash in the interviews after his injury saying that even though Almeida is good on the ground that he'd kill him with strikes. With his ringrust, I think he'd get smashed by guys like Silva, Rampage, Lidell, Kondo, Belfort, Saku, Rodrigo Gracie, Henderson, Ninja, Little Nog, Bustamante, and a bunch more. And his win against Tito was pretty early in Tito's career, that might have been like Tito's 4th or 5th fight. Close to the time Tito tapped to a guillotine from Guy Mezger. Thing is, there are still fans out there that think he can just come dancing back into the ring and beat all the top MW fighters. Even in his prime, I think he somehow dodged Saku and Vitor. And he still hasn't avenged his KO loss to Kondo. C'mon out Frank, sign a multi fight deal and let's see what you got. I have no problem with him being cocky again if he can beat any of the guys I mentioned earlier. |

![]() | LOL the guy is kind of cocky and I agree with you he can talk all he wants as long as he can back it up. Actually I saw him a while back on a UFC and the way he was boasting about himself you'd think he could take any two of the guys you mentioned at once .Sincerly, Andrew Velocci

![]() | I think both him and Frank need to put up. For example Frank keeps on insulting BJJ and the Gracie family and when they challenged him, he decided to pick on Cesar Gracie who has no pro fighting experience. But obviously judging by his team, Gil Gastillo, Diaz, ect. He knows his stuff. Now Frank refuses to fight him even though Cesar signed a contract and after all the trash he talked about the Gracies. He even made a statement "The Gracies are dead". Is it just me or was it Rodrigo Gracie who was beating on Hayato Mach Sakurai. Or how about Royce schooling Yoshida, the man who has gotten the closest or second and third closest to beating Silva. I think its time the Shamrocks put up or shut up. |
