AMC in Kirkland and Maurice Smith's in Bellevue. Both on the other side of the pond (Lake WA). I would go with AMC.

Marcelo Alonso is a CGT black belt, and a walking encyclopedia of BJJ.

AMC is also a great choice.

You cant go wrong with AMC Pankration, Matt Hume is considered by many as one of the best trainers in MMA. Some great talent fighting out of AMC including, Jeff Monsen, Josh Barnet, Dennis Hallman and Arron Riley.
