Hi Sweep and Ober,

Yep, still off the stogies. Just over 3 months. Still eating wrong and way overweight! EJ can confirm. Saw him last week. Watched the UFC with him. BTW, his wife is very pretty and a nice lady. The boy did good for himself.

Other than that not much. Haven't been online that much at all. Just working, playing with my dogs, doing a little swimming in a pool my wife bought, hanging out with my wife. Gonna start working out at the gym on Monday and try to get this fat, overweight body into some shape. My wife thinks I'm a heart attack waiting to happen!

So I won't be around to play with you guys much. Sorry.

Damn, back for 15 minutes and have to edit already!

Bri, do you still have that book your son bought you? I've re-evaluated my opinion on it; it'd do you good.
While there's nothing 'special' regarding the programs and it's contents(technically sound basics for the MOST part), it's highly motivational for people who have been in a rut and whose main goal is to lose excessive weight. Dig it out of the garbage! It'll get you started on the right path, save you don't fall for the marketing plugs.
