It depends. It actually works for me, I find myself confortable with boxing foot-work and punches and with Wing Chun's chain punches (used to reach the eye-gouge and throat-hitting range safely), kicking the opponent's knees and groin and center-line theory.

You should try to see if it suits you, I can tell you what works for me but l cannot tell you what would work for you...

Cheers!

that depends on the street, bud. !!!

seriously though, why do more than 1 striking art?, I believe that this is asking for confusion of the learning process, although it could work I suppose.
My advice would be to compliment any striking art with a grappling one, so for example, boxing or muay thai with JuJitsu or wrestling.

This is logical (sit there in front of your screen and give your organic brain matter a bit of a workout, bud) when you actually think about it, especially when you consider the different ranges that each of the above mentioned cover.

what do you want to fight on the street for anyway, is it something in the water supply in good Lil ol Katy??

There was a thread about this some time ago.

They have conflicting methods of delivery and thus, to a large extent, are not compatible. Also it is best to mix a striking art with a grappling art.
