I can tell you though that from my humble and recent experience. I have learned that some movements have several properties. That expression and that wave energy you create in casting is boundless, and the more you play with it, explore the properties of it, you'll see other places in your practice where it comes into play. In fact, I saw a great example yesterday of what you ask. We trained just 10 minutes trying to get me to see that little piece. LOL.
