Default Erik Paulson Seminar

Just the other day, Sunday Eric Paulson help a seminar in Woodbridge, VA. My instructor rounded a few of us up and we went, it was the first seminar I went to and man I was doubting at first if I should go or not, seemed kinda expensive, but sheesh it was worth it! The experience and techniques you learn is plentiful, even though I dont remember alot me and a buddy took good advice from many of the other experienced people there(and there was plenty!) and defiently took home a few great techniques! Some shin locks and kick take down, locks and sweeps were just a few things that I can recall.

I was happy to gain the experience from a place like that, Erik Paulson was a great guy, nice, friendly and a complete encyclopedia of fighting knowledge. It was awesome to see so many great martial artists there from all over. There were some people there that were just incredible and all willing to help out new people like me!

I have knocked my first seminar out the way and I cannot wait to do more
