With Tyson, Id just be Ko'ed with one shot, no pain. With Coleman, he'd take me down, pass my guard like a knife through butter and ground my face in. That be more painful.

Ok...
Heres the deal...
you HAD to pick one of these two fights...which would it be..
Vs Mike Tyson in a boxing match
Vs Mark Coleman in an NHB...
Needless to say, all of us would lose badly in both of these fights but... which would you choose??
With Tyson..even if I tried my hardest to get away from him and clinch whenever possible...he'd hit me and I'd suffer some kind of permanent brain damage or maybe even die..
I'd pick the Coleman fight...then I could just tap before he even reaches me!
sorry guys...I'm VERY bored...
Got the flu and I haven't been able to train...

"Nemo me impune lacssit"
i would fight coleman.
i would slap him in the face and run to pete williams (lol)
BAu13,
turn your icq on, i have the nedd to exchange pointless messages whit you!
I would definitely rather fight Tyson. I'm a decent grappler and if I could get inside without him nailing me
(read; kill me!!!) with a punch at least I'd have a chance of controlling him. Assuming Tyson has no grappling skills he's very one-dimensional. With Coleman he'd kill me at any distance. I'm not saying I walk around thinking I can kick people like Tyson's arses, but I do have faith in my abilities and think I will win until proven otherwise. I can't believe any of you guys are hard-corp grapplers and wouldn't believe you'd have a chance against a pure striker, no matter how hard he hits. Of course, after watching that armbar attempt Tyson tried on Botha, maybe he does have some grappling skills!!!

grappling with the fact that he's a MORON!
Dust lightly with flour before pounding
Tyson for sure...
come on, wouldn't you take a fall for a few million?
Dave
I would fight Tyson. I'd make WAY more money and it would be over before I new it, and I probably wouldn't remebmer a thing.
Although I can fake a tap out if I fight Coleman and get easy money.
Hmm..?
You kidding? I would fight Coleman over Tyson any day. The payday might not be near as big but at least I would have all my body parts afterwards..
When I was a kid, we used to beat up punks like you on the way to fights.
true...the Tyson payday would be BIG...
...maybe i'll have the corner throw the towel as soon as the bell rings for round 1...Then I gotta hide from the mob..hmmm....maybe not...

No insult intended to anyone, but do any of you guys actually do any serious training? Training hard doesn't make you a better person or anything, but it should give you some sort of confidence in yourself.

Hell yeah I train ...I have confidence in myself..just not against the likes of Tyson and coleman..
They're pros man!! I just do this for fun!
If I did train and fight for a profession...well maybe it'd be a different story..

I would have a MUCH better chance against Coleman. Tyson in a boxing match would probably knock my head off. At least I could tap when I got in trouble with Colemen.
Lacrymosa dies illa qua resurget ex favilla.
Well, either way I'll be KOed, so I would rather it happen when I am already on the mat. Coleman so I won't slam my head AFTER I am KOed.
Coleman because... well I like my ears and such :-) Seriosly, with Tyson you get your face broken PLUS considerable brain damage, but with coleman he'll probably just choke you till you pass out and leave you be.
