![]() | The short answer is Yes. BJJ, calisthetics and jogging is more than enough and if you're not careful your body might burn out. I used to be a gym rat and I am basically letting my membership go to waste. With a relationship, work, school, and BJJ, I don't have anymore room on my plate. But the BJJ is maintaining my weight, keeping the tummy flat, and the drills and rolling is maintaining my muscle mass. |
