Not a problem, Tant01. If I'm understanding all of this, you believe that I made those negative comments to you. All I can say is that I didn't. I have found ( as much as is possible on a forum) that you are a very intelligent and experienced martial artist. I always wondered if you trained at NAS North Island, as you have referred to Navy Judo in your past posts. Anyways, no harm, no foul. Take care.
Mahalo, Jeremy

Thank you and no. My experience with "Navy Judo" was just some wicked randori (multiple opponents, weapons, in very close quarters). I'm not even sure if the Naval Academy still has a Judo team...I was stationed in Oak Harbor Wa. NAS Whidby Is. (VA-165 "Boomers") after A school and did a West Pac on the USS Kittyhawk (CV-63) in "85.

I wouldn't know about the academy, I was enlisted. I asked because there is a Navy Judo Team in Coronado, CA. I got to play and train with those guys a little about a decade ago when I was there TAD. Just curious if we had crossed paths. I was stationed at NAB Little Creek. At least you got to serve when they still allowed beards .
Take Care - Jeremy
