![]() | Anyone else have home mats? Also how do you set up your training areas at home?

![]() | The mats I have right now are 3/4 inch to an inch thick and are made of solid rubber. They are actually designed for horse stalls, but I got them for free and although they are very unforgiving on the knees when on top and the shoulders when on bottom, they are better than grappling on concrete and more street realistic than soft wrestling mats. If I had the money I'd get some real mats though. My shoulders and knees are nothing but strawberries and scar tissue.

![]() | Evilution, Where did you get that rubber? I scored a similar 10 by 10 piece of rubber that was about the thickness of a wetsuit and it is great for portability. I got mine from a guy clearing out his storage garage (from a penny saver ad). He was close to the Del Mar race track so the horse stall origin is possible. |
