I practice BJJ and i want to buy a rash guard. What should I choose: a long sleeve or short sleeve rash guard?

I’m 5.91 foot and 178.57 pounds: What size do I choose?

Well... I only wear a rash guard when I'm doing no-gi, and it's a short sleeved under-armour. However, In the past i have gotten some weird rashes on the wrist and forearm so I'm lately I've been looking around for deals on long sleeve under armour to cover up more of my skin.
