But what martial art or self defence system isnt in the same boat?

I took a few classes at one school, they made it like Tae-Bo.

I found another place that does it right. Intense and horribly brutal.

Its a simple and effective self defence system, 'nuf said.

I take this, and it's pretty fucking brutal... the guy teaches karate and all that too.. but is much different in Krav Maga (seen him teach karate).. with Krav Maga hes all about living, and taking care of the threat immediately, no bullshit... the classes are fucking demanding as hell... conditioning and painfully wise... works really well... im just wondering how if this is a "tour"... how are you going to learn Krav Maga?...

They are also very good at spreading the sytem around.

It was the style J-Lo used in that movie.. but we all try to forget that.... sad sad day... lol
