Right, he should run away (slowly) and hide behind his girlfriend.


Time poor folks should train core strength and fundamental techniques of their arts...

he should learn tehniques to improve his speed or leearn techniques that do not rely on speed

If you are poor, do Boxing and Judo. Fees at your local Boxing gym and Judo Club are very cheap and you will get good training.
