Default Training Structure

I'm new to training in MMA, and one aspect I am having difficulty in is a good training regimine. I am not an active fighter and train for the sake of self defense, fitness, and the occasional adrenaline rush of a bad ass sparring session. Conversley, I have a hard time developing a good structured training plan. I would like to combine my road work, bag work, resistance training, and classes in a reasonable manner. How should I approach this? I was planning on road work 3x a week in the AM, with bag work 2 on and one off. How should I squeeze in my weight training without killing myself or taking away any limberness or speed. How do you guys/girls work on timing and distance without a sparring partner? I work offshore, and a majority of the time it's just me, a rope, a treadmill, a bag, and some weights. I have 2 years in Muay Thai, but am new to BJJ and grappling. The only thing I was able to carry over from MT was my stamina, and flexability. I know we have some fighters on this forum who can offer some pointers, so I appreciate any advice.
