I recall some people saying that Silva was an unproven fighter and that most of his fights were against tomato cans. Mind you I didnt hear any of this here but at the UG. I swear those guys dont want anyone to succeed! Yeah I just want to say SILVA RULES!!!! Silva is my favorite fighter amd sak comes a distant second to him.

Since many people also considered Dan Henderson good enough to kick Sak's ass, what does that make Silva? Will that make him the top middle weight?? I'd get a woody when I think of Silva become the number one middle weight. So do you guys think he could beat sak. CAN HE BE THE ONE?? I hope he is next in line for the Sak. fight!

    YeLLa:

Yes, he is definitely 'A' class now.

Beating Sak is a tall order, but then again, I didn't think he could beat Henderson.

Silva is getting better on the ground, and that spells trouble for his opponents. Sak should fight him now, before he gets any better.

    Silva against Sak

Considering how well Guy Mezger did before Ken Shamrock told him to hit the showers against Sak, and how Silva took Guy apart in record time, it only adds up to a win for Silva against Sak for sure.
I'd like to see Vitor Belfort try Silva on for size again just to show his improvement over Vitor's punches and Silva's growth in his boxing skills

    Silva's skills

I say Silva is one bad dude! He did pretty well against Ortiz making that one come down to a decision(if I remember correctly). Personally I don't think ANYONE can beat Ortiz at this time.

Silva made Mezger look like a chump. Sak will HAVE to try and do battle on the ground to beat Silva, otherwise he stands a better than average chance of getting KNOCKED OUT!!!

Well Mezger did do pretty well in the begining, he checked all of Silva's kicks and gave him a nice cut to the eye. But Tito is just too damn big for everyone. But pound for pound, I believe Sak and the others have better skill. IM not taking anything away from Tito of course.

Silva would soccer kick Ryan's head to Brazil. Silva has more of the killer's instinct than Ryan. He will outstrike him and will keep it standing. If Henderson, the superior wrestler cannot keep it to the ground, then I cannot fathom how Ryan will be able to do it. I dont think Silva can be caught will a flurry again.

ryan doesn't have the killer instincit. ryan is a street fighter and has had more streetfights than professional fights what do you mean he doesn't have a killer instinct. ryan has superior ground skills and can punch. did you forget his last fight in pride. he obliterated the guy.ryan would kill silva.

no way dude, did you see Silva's last fight??? He handed DAM HENDERSON HIS FIRST LOSS! He was even regarded as one of the few that would beat Sak. Look where Silva put him. One the ground, butt scooting. I believe that Henderson has better ground skills that Ryan. Besides, Ryan would have to take down Silva first. Henderson couldnt do it very well, I dont think Ryan will be able to either. Professional fights are very different from street fights.

good point i agree pro fighters are different from street fighters however, silva doen't have the ground tech. to beat sak. not even takedowns. i've never seen silva fight on the ground he's impressive standing. yes, but not on the ground. ryan is better educated on ground technique. i truly believe ryan could have beat sak, if it wasn't for his shoulder. give ryan a little more experience he'll do well. on the other hand, riccardo alimeida is up and coming watch out for him i think he could beat sak as well. he just needs more pro experience. good talkng to you dude. later...

    Whew!

I was waiting for a flame there Guardman! Looks like its my lucky day?? I think Ryan is good but he isnt at his best. And you got to be crazy to fight a top middle weight with out being at your peak. Just give Ryan a couple of more fights and time and I think he will be an upcoming badass. I mean gee, that guy has big shoes to fill. Having your debut fight in PRIDE is just mad!! I just hope Ryan does not get burnt out cause he is too overexposed and too unexperienced right now. I think he should of started with smaller fights before jumping onto Sak. But at least he didnt get submitted.
