 |  New Fight Promoter We would like to introduce ourselves. We will be promoting MMA and Thaiboxing/Kickboxing fights throughout the year at a number of location in Oklahoma and surrounding states. Initially, we will be focusing on amateur competition, with an eye toward professional bouts in the future. We are looking for fighters of all skill levels to register by going to www.uncookedfights.com (The official site launch is at 7 PM Central Time Friday June 10th).
