    smoking rollers

just read a thread and noticed someone mentioned they smoked. i've also struggled with ciggs in the past before kicking the habit and wondering how many other people out there are smoking and rolling... (tho certainly not at the same time i hope).

is there any of you who would like to kick it, and if so, is there any way we can support you to do it?

    keep rollin... (preferably not roll-ur-owns)

    Greetings,

Kicking a addictive habit is a force of willl and discipline.

However, martial artists whom are smokers, are often "frowned' upon by non-smokers.

The misconception is of the image that a martial artist is in likness of a coach, health-fitness trainer, or other.

You most likely saw it from my post on the person asking for prep for BJJ.. I want to stop now that I am doing BJJ and I know all the negative outcomes from smoking but in my mind right now, I know that I am not willing to give it up. I dont have the will power yet. One day pretty soon I am going to try. I have to get rid of the habit !!

    hi mixwell.

yeah, it was your thread i read the other day but i didn't want to name anyone. lol as rickster mentioned, there can be a stigma attached to martial artists who smoke.

... and you really hit the nail on the head. it's all about what we are "willing" to do as opposed to what we should or shouldn't do, or even can or can't.

    enjoy the rollin
