Fighter's Notebook?

I was over on Ebay looking for tapes when I stumbled across this...

Does anybody have any info on this book? It looks pretty cool and the guys on the UnderGround are all over it (of course), but is it any good?

50 bucks is a little steep.

I must be one of the very few who own it here in Italy, and DAMN, it's worth every cent!

I would consider it a good bargain even if it would be twice the price.

It contain a sistematized and methodical elencation of just every technique present in MMA, at least the most important.

Maybe the photos quality it's not the best, but if you need a good reference point, get it ASAP!

The striking arts imply all fights start standing up. The clinching arts imply the clinch can stop the striker from striking, and the grappler from taking it to the ground.
