Default Chuck Norris

I knew this guy who worked as a waiter at Alices restarant in Malibu, one night Aaron Norris (chucks brother) walks up to the hostess, my buddy happens to be hanging out by her, and Aaron says Chuck Norris is here needs a table blah blah blah, and so my buddy (not trained in MMA or anything) says to Aaron jokingly "tell Chuck I liked it when Bruce Lee kicked his ass in Return of the Dragon". So as the night passes my friend happens to walk past Chucks table and Chuck reaches up and grabs my friend by the neck in a sort of "vulcan death pinch" lol and brings him to his knees and says he doesnt like that kind of talk or something. Furthermore Chuck goes to the mananger and says make sure he is never seated in my buddies section when he comes to eat there. I wish my friend knew some BJJ so he coulda snapped Chucks arm

I heard from somone the Royce studied BJJ but I think that's urban legend. Royce is content teaching yoga twice a day and drinking wheat grass juice.

(ps - don't don't think it would matter who the teacher was)

Even if your friend knew LOTS OF BJJ, I doubt he could have done anything.

It is posted that Chuck has his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Jean Jacques Machado.

If over the years, you've watched Walker, Texas Ranger, the Machado brothers have been on the show.

I doubt that story is true...Chuck is an amazing guy with a good sense of humor. He would not get somebody in trouble over a grade school joke. Granted his films are subpar..he has always been an advocate of crosstraining and being in peak physical condition.
As for him doing BJJ...my hats off to him because he was doing it before it was "the thing to do" here in America.

Because even if your friend could have gotten the better of 'ol Mr. Norris, I'm sure he had a few folks nearby who would have ventilated him.

It's funny that this came up.
Me and my girlfriend were watching tv the other night and came across the commercial for those goofy looking exercise things...apparently the girl on the commercial passed away some time ago...
And since I haven't seen Chuck in awhile, I thought that she meant he was dead.
Seriously, he kinda dropped off the face of the earth and into obscurity.

If that story was true....the guy could have always filed for battery charges. Why fight a celebrity when you can take a punch and sue for damages.
Especially a martial arts celebrity. They shouldn't do that type of thing, very unwise.

But...the story seems a bit improbable, because Chuck Norris seems to be kinda laid back. Now Stephen Segal...that would be another story. The guy has always given me the impression, despite his charities, that he's a true, bonafide asshole in real life.

But, you never know.

My idea is...those guys are just people too, and they need their space as much as anybody else...howver if any rich guy took a swing at me, I'd let it hit, because I need $$$. (and the worse the beating, the better the bank roll.)

even more untrue would be the guy making up a story as dumb as that. It did happen.
maybe that was a sensitive nerve with chuck, because Bruce could have kicked his ass back then, as rumor has it, they were really fighting during the scene in the colliseum
